Changes in system requirements

Beginning with the next release of Pokémon TCG Manager (due this upcoming week), all future releases will require Windows 2000, XP, or later.

This is due to Unicode support being introduced in Delphi 2009, which is scheduled for release in a matter of very few days. Windows 98 and ME do not support Unicode natively, and will therefore be unable to run the programs. Existing software will of course keep the old system requirements until I release an update for them.
